Can anybody tell me what songs these are?

I went back to Peru about ten years ago and saw this promo for a TV

...and for ten years I've wondered what the song being used was for
that scene; it sounds so wonderfully awesome that I simply must know.

And while here, can anyone tell me what song played in the episode of
"Friends" entitled "The One Where Rachel Quits"; to specify, it was
the scene in which Phoebe sees trees being thrown into a wood chipper.

I really, desperately wanna know what these songs are called, so I
appreciate anyone telling me what they might be, and a Best Answer
rating to whoever adequately answers both questions!
